What has Hillary ever done that makes you want to vote for her?

I was listening to Brian Houston’s latest podcast from Hillsong Church in Australia, and he cited a speech Bono gave at the 2006 prayer breakfast. I didn’t remember ever hearing it, so I gave it a listen.

I have always loved U2, and now I know why.

The lesser of three evils.

Rumor has it that Rudy will bow out soon, leaving only four choices for the Republican Party.

As this campaign rolls on, Huckabee gives up, it will boil down to the media darling and NeoConservative McCain and the Democrat-Lite Romney and the pro-life, pro-guns, pro-liberty, pro-Republic, pro-limited government, pro-family, pro-freedom Ron Paul.

There has only been one true conservative running for the Republican Party and the Ron Paul devotees will not hold our nose and back whomever the Republicans put up, even if it means we split the vote and give the office to a Dem.

What the Republican party refuses to understand is that conservatism is a principle – not a party.

Limited government is the promise of the Constitution.

The Constitution is our only defense against a tyrannical government.

The Constitution must be defended at any cost – it is the hope for America.

There is only one way for the Republican party to win this election and that is to endorse Ron Paul.

Freedom is popular.

Don’t doubt me.

Stimuls Swindle

I am sure by now everyone has heard of the stimulus package the house reached today. I am all for getting some taxes back – the less our empire has the less likely they are to spend expanding it – but the whole thing troubled me.

What bothered me was my reaction to it.

I really need the money. My $600.00 natural gas bill for the last 2 months is freaking me out. I don’t even want to think about the cost to fill up our one car with gas, but life has become very expensive lately. I heard about the news and my reaction was thank god.

For a moment I was putting my hope and trust in the government, and it made me sick.

The religion of Government had taken over my soul and I had started looking to the national teat to take care of me. I wasn’t trusting my abilities, creativity, relationships, I was trusting a check from politicians. They had swindled me out of my money all year and now they had swindled me out of my hope.

The solution can never be governmental when the problem in the first place is government. The only solution to government control is less government control.

It is a little self serving to create a crisis only to come in and pretend to solve it during an election year. Shame on them for doing it and shame on me for putting my faith in it.

Drink up America.

Are the Clinton’s really interested in racial equality?

If they are, you would think they would get out of the way and do everything in their power to support Obama. Instead, Hillary and her “loving husband” are doing everything they can to destroy the first viable African American presidential candidate in history.

Oh wait – the second, Bill was the self-proclaimed first.

It is simply a disgrace.

They talk about equality and opportunity and how they have worked their whole careers to help those less fortunate, but when faced with real change they destroy the chance of that change. They talk about racism in America and how their party is committed to ending it with the right hand, all the while the left hand keeps it alive at any cost.

How can America sit back and swallow the crap the Clinton’s dish out year after year? Do we really want another four years of leadership from Bill and Hill? Is this the best America has to offer?

I think we can do better.

The ONLY thing the Clinton’s desire is the power of the office. Their agenda is not what is good for the country, but what is good for them. The Clinton’s are systematically destroying Obama, not on the content of his character, but on the content of his melanin.
